The New Rules due out January 2019

In anticipation of the comprehensive changes to the Rules of Golf which will take effect on January 1st, 2019, the following is presented for your information of some things that you will obviously encounter on almost every round you play. Remember, these rule changes are not in effect presently, so don't apply these changes just yet, but when you play on New Years Day, you'll be good to go.
